Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts notice.

The petitioners has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) issue a writ of prohibition restraining the respondents from disconnecting electricity meters/connections installed in respect of upper ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor of premises owned by the petitioner, bearing No.Y-2, Plot No.9, Uldhanpur, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi."

The petitioners allege that employees of the respondent had visited the premises of the petitioners (Y-2, Plot No.9, Uldhanpur, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi-110032) and had threatened to disconnect the electricity and remove the electricity meters.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that prior to disconnection and removal of electricity meter(s), respondent would issue appropriate notice.

In this view, no orders are required to be passed at this stage except to direct that the electricity connection and meters provided at the petitioners premises would not be disconnected except by giving at least one week's prior notice.

Needless to state that if any such action is proposed, the respondent will also communicate the reasons for the same. 7.
The petitioners are at liberty to apply, if a cause so arises. 8.
The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. The pending application is also disposed of.
