% 04.07.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the daughter of the petitioner, who has been missing since 17.05.2017. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner has since been recovered and is residing with her parents. Counsel submits that he has instructions not to press this petition.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
