% 22.01.2016 CS(OS) 1673/2015 Learned counsel for defendant no. 1, 2 & 4 submits that he had appeared on behalf of said defendants only on last date of hearing i.e. 13.10.2015 and his appearance on behalf of defendant no.3 also was inadvertently recorded and said order may, accordingly be corrected. Ordered accordingly. It shall be deemed that he had appeared only on behalf of defendant no.1, 2 & 4.

As per office note, affidavit of service has been filed and as per the same and speed post tracking report, defendant no.3 Sh. P.R. Ramesh was served on 16.09.2015. However, neither any written statement filed nor anyone is anyone present on behalf of the said defendant.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear

before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 30.05.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
