This writ petition has complained of unauthorised construction in House No. 15-K, Basant Gaon, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi by the respondent no.2. The status report has been filed by the respondent no.1-SDMC herein stating that on inspection, it has been found that the construction complained of is prior to 1st June, 2014 and stands protected under the provisions of the Delhi Law

(Special Provisions 2nd (Amended) Act, 2014 which has been extended.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that they shall ensure compliance with all statutory provisions.
