% 30.05.2017 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner principally, seeks a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus against the official respondent directing them to trace out the whereabouts of his wife namely, Kalpna. A status report dated 30th May, 2017 has been filed on behalf of the SHO, P.S Jaitpur. The same is taken on record. Kalpna, the wife of the petitioner is present in person in the Court today and states that she wishes to live with her parents and brother and is not inclined to go with the petitioner, at this stage. In view of the foregoing, no further directions are called for, in the present petition.
