% 30.05.2017 During the course of hearing, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that remedy of appeal is provided under the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954 against the impugned order dated 16th March, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In case appeal is filed within four weeks, the same shall be entertained by the Appellate Authority on merits without going into the question of limitation.
