O R D E R

% 26.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to amicably settle the lis by paying a settlement amount of Rs. 25,000/- along with litigation expenses of Rs. 15,000/- to the respondent. The case was passed over to enable the learned counsel for the respondent to obtain instructions. Having done so, he states that aforesaid terms are agreeable to the respondent in settlement of all his claims in terms of the above. Accordingly, let Rs. 25,000/- plus Rs. 15,000/- be paid to the respondent directly into his bank account. The remaining amount from the amounts deposited before this Court along with interest accrued thereon shall be returned to the petitioner.

An affidavit of undertaking in terms of the above shall be filed by both parties within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties shall be bound KUMAR 15:37:03
