O R D E R

% 17.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to amicably settle the lis by paying a settlement amount of Rs. 25,000/- along with litigation expenses of Rs. 15,000/- to each of the respondents. The case was passed over to enable the learned counsel for the respondents to obtain instructions. Having done so, he states that aforesaid terms are agreeable to the respondents in settlement of all their claims in terms of the above. Accordingly, let Rs. 25,000/- plus Rs. 15,000/- be paid to each of the respondents directly into their bank accounts. The remaining

amount from the amounts deposited before this Court along with interest accrued thereon shall be returned to the petitioner. An affidavit of undertaking in terms of the above shall be filed by both parties within four weeks from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties shall be bound by the terms of this order. The assurance is accepted. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.
