% 07.09.2017 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the entire dispute with the complainant has been settled. As undertaken by the petitioner on the last date, an amount of Rs.2 lakhs has been paid to the complainant, which assertion has been ratified by the learned counsel appearing for the complainant. Apart from this, other payments which were due to the complainant have also been paid.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has abided by the undertaking given by her before this Court and has participated in the investigation and has, ultimately, settled the dispute with the complainant, this Court is inclined to confirm the provisional bail granted to her. In the event of her arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on her furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of
the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Court. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J SEPTEMBER 07, 2017 k
