O R D E R

% 08.01.2016 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been settled through Settlement Agreement dated 2nd July, 2015, courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel. The terms of the Settlement Agreement are lawful, hence it is accepted. The learned counsel for the parties, upon instructions, assure the Court that the parties shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. This assurance is accepted.

Three drafts of Rs.7,00,000/- each from plaintiff No.1 have been handed over to defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3 respectively. In addition, two drafts of Rs.8,00,000/- and Rs.7,00,000/- have been handed over to defendant No.3 by plaintiff No.1. The original Title Deeds apropos the properties i) Flat

No.82, Ground Floor, Pocket-16-A, Type-A, Sector-22, Rohini, New Delhi; ii) Property No.G-81, (Old No. MCHP, WZ- 685), Kirti Nagar, New Delhi15 and iii) Property No.4/100, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015 have been handed over in Court to defendant Nos.1 to 3 jointly through their counsel Mr. M.S. Ahluwalia who has examined the said documents and is satisfied with the same. The keys of the said properties have been handed over to the said parties and physical possession of the same is deemed to have been taken over by the said defendants in terms of the said Settlement Agreement. In view of the above, no lis survives.

Decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The suit stands disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 08, 2016 tp
