W.P.(C) 5411/2017 Ms. Harpreet Kaur, claiming to be friend of petitioner-Ranjeeta Bhatia, submits that she has instructions from petitioner to submit that this petition be disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding of 16th August, 2017 arrived at between the parties.
