(T) (COMM.) 46/2017 This petition is filed under Sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) for appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. It is pointed out that earlier this court had on 11.05.2017 in Arb. Pet. 231/2017 appointed Mr.Justice R.C.Chopra (Retd.) as the sole Arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator however vide his order dated 24.05.2017 has regretted for his inability to complete the arbitration. Accordingly, Mr.Justice Kailash Gambhir (Retd.) (Mobile No.

9871300033) is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator is requested to comply with the provisions of Section 12(1) of the Act. The learned Arbitrator may fix his fee in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. The parties to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 12.07.2017 at 4.00 P.M.
