% 13.07.2015 Status report has been filed. Let the same be taken on record. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 368/2015 (P.S. Kalyan Puri) instituted under Section 308 IPC.

By order dated 26th May, 2015, interim protection was given to the petitioner, subject to his joining investigation. Mr.M.P.Singh, learned APP, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation immediately after the order of this Court was passed. The petitioner is said to have abused the husband of the complainant and on being accosted, pelted stones resulting in two simple injuries on the forehead of the complainant.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, there is no requirement of

sending the petitioner to jail.

Considering the aforementioned aspect, let the petitioner be released, in the event of his arrest, subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station. The conditions enumerated in Section 437 of the Cr.P.C. would apply to the petitioner.

The application stands disposed of.
