Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a representation was made to Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice on the administrative side requesting that the matter in question be assigned to a particular Judge. However, the said representation has been dismissed. 2.

This Court is also not persuaded to issue any such orders as the court finds no infirmity in the change in assignment of the judge in question. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
