% 26.09.2018 None appears for the petitioner despite pass over. Mr. Mehra has tendered in court a status report on advance notice which is taken on record. A perusal of the petition and the status report reveals that the petitioner had property dispute with her husband who is stated to be missing since 04.09.2013. The disputes between the parties are already pending before the Court.

The present petition, in our view, is not maintainable. The same is accordingly dismissed.
