O R D E R

% 27.07.2017 FIR No. 4/2012 under Sections 471/380/420/468 IPC was registered at Police Station Kamla Market on the complaint of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 3 is wife of respondent no. 2. Petitioner no. 2 is son of petitioner no. 1.

Respondent no. 2 is cousin of petitioner no. 1. It is submitted that with the intervention of their elders in the family, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Bhawani Singh, P.S. Kamla Market. Respondent

nos. 2 and 3 admit having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 1st May, 2016. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

FIR is an outcome of a property dispute between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3. Keeping in mind the fact that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, inasmuch as, respondent nos.2 and 3 are not interested in pursuing the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 4/2012 under Sections 471/380/420/468 IPC registered at Police Station Kamla Market and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
