W.P.(C) 5043/2017 and CM APPL. 21691/2017 (directions) Mr Prakash Yadav appears on behalf of Union of India/respondent No.1 and Mr.Raju appears on behalf of respondent No.2. After some arguments, Mr Sikri, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the pending applications for stay and vacation of stay are heard by the Tribunal on the next date fixed before it, i.e., 20.07.2017. Both the respondents also state that they shall cooperate so that the arguments shall proceed in the case on the date already fixed. The Tribunal is requested to consider the matter on the next date fixed before it.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
