% 17.01.2019 There is no representation on behalf of the respondents today. However on the previous date i.e.. 27.11.2018, Mr. Pradeep Misra along with Mr. Daleep Dhyani had appeared for respondent No.1. I am told by counsel for the petitioner that in three connected matters i.e. OMP (COMM.) Nos.352/2018, 353/2018, 354/2018 & 355/2018, interim orders were made absolute as despite service respondent No.1 had not entered appearance.

2.1 I am further informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed petitions under Section 11. 3.

Given the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner will ensure that Section 11 petitions come up for hearing before this Court within the next three weeks. O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 355/2018

3.1 In the meanwhile, the interim order dated 06.09.2018, passed in the captioned matter, is made absolute. It is, however, made clear that if Section 11 petitions are not brought up for hearing before this Court within the next three weeks, the interim order dated 06.09.2018 will stand automatically dissolved.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The Registry will despatch a copy of the order to the respondent and its counsel.
