Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an affidavit of undertaking in terms of the last order has since been filed by the petitioner. As such, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 2.
To show her bona fides, she has also handed over a printout reflecting that the House Tax qua the subject premises has also been duly paid by the tenant. The same has been taken on record after it was handed over in Court today.
