CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 22.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for substitution/mutation of the name of the petitioner and consequential execution of the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner has been informed that the only impediment in considering the application of the petitioner is the pendency of the present writ petition.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh in case substitution/mutation is not carried out and/or conveyance deed is not executed in favour of the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed reserving the liberty of the petitioner as prayed for.
