O R D E R

% 29.05.2017 I.A.No.6616/2017 (under 23 Rule 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes. A joint Application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC duly signed by the plaintiff and defendant no.8 (the only contesting defendant) duly supported by the affidavit of the authorized representative of the plaintiff as also the proprietor of defendant no.8 has been placed. Terms of the settlement are contained in para 3 of the application; the parties shall be bound by the said terms and conditions. The joint application and the affidavits are collectively marked as Ex.P-1. The notional damages of Rs.75,000/- have also been paid by defendant no.8 to the plaintiff. Suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of Ex.P-1. As already noted supra, defendant no.8 is the only contesting defendant. Plaintiff has already settled his disputes with all other defendants. Suit of the

plaintiff is disposed of in the above terms. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

Date of 06.7.2017 stands cancelled.
