% 19.01.2016 By this petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.705/2014 under Section 135 and 138 of Indian Electricity Act, 2003, at Police Station Fatehpuri Beri, Delhi. When the present petition came up for hearing before this court on 27th May 2015, the interim bail was granted to the petitioner subject to petitioner depositing the 50 per cent of the billed amount within two weeks and joining investigation. Thereafter, the matter

came up for hearing on 5th October 2015, whereby the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled with respondent No.2 and the entire amount has been paid to them. Accordingly, counsel for respondent No. 2 sought time to verify the fact and the matter was adjourned to 23rd November 2015. A request for adjournment was made on 23.11.2015 and the same was adjourned for today.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the application of the accused for grant of pre-arrest bail is accepted. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioner is directed not to tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the court. With aforesaid directions, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
