Perusal of top of the main bail application shows that number of FIR is mentioned as 1242/15, however in the prayer, the number of FIR is mentioned as 1242/2014.

Copy of FIR is attached which shows that the FIR is of the year 2014.

Consequently, the FIR No.1242/2015 mentioned in the order

dated 07.01.2016 be read as FIR No.1242/2014. Application is disposed of accordingly.
