% 10.10.2018 The members of the petitioners association who claim themselves to be regular street vendors had filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the fact that the TVC has now been constituted, the members of the petitioners association would approach the TVC with all supporting documents. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the leave was granted to some members of the petitioners association to put a temporary tirpal on account of weather conditions. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid order be continued while granting leave to the members of the petitioners association to approach the TVC.

Counsel for the respondents submits that without admitting any of the averments made in the writ petition, it would open for the members of the petitioners association to approach the TVC to agitate their rights however, in
