% 17.08.2017 There are two petitioners before this Court. This Court has been informed by learned counsels for respondents that qua the status of petitioner no.1 Building Completion Certificate (BCC) related documents filed by petitioner no.1 were not in order. Petitioner no.1 has, however, been granted provisional affiliation. Petitioner no.1 undertakes to file additional documents on or before 15.12.2017. On his doing the needful, the case of the petitioner no.1 institute shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1.

Qua the status of petitioner no.2 institute, the respondents informs this Court that the petitioner no.2 has not filed the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) related document but he has, however, been granted provisional affiliation. He undertakes to file all necessary documents on or before 15.12.2017. On his doing the needful, the case of the petitioner no.2 institute shall be process in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
