Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

As could be seen from the material available on record, the grievance of the appellant herein is with regard to inter se seniority with Mrs.G.K. Thapar, who has been appointed as the Principal of the respondent No.2/ School.

Since the said issue was not the subject matter of the writ petition which was disposed of by the order under appeal, we are of the view that it is for the appellant to institute fresh proceedings for redressal of her grievance.

Hence, the present appeal being not maintainable cannot be

entertained.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to work out the appropriate remedy as available under law for redressal of her grievance.

We make it clear that any such request/petition of the appellant herein shall be considered and decided by the appropriate authority without being influenced by any of the findings recorded/observations made by the learned Single Judge in the order under appeal. 5.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
