% 07.09.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Council for Teacher Education invites the attention of this Court to a communication dated 21.08.2018 whereby, the successful candidates namely, Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma and Dr. Ved Prakash Pandey, have been informed of the order passed by this Court on 25.07.2018 in LPA No. 402/2018, titled as "Dr. Sunil Yadav Vs. Union of India and Anr.", wherein it has been observed that, any appointment made during the pendency of the writ petition bearing W.P. No. 7350/2018, filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be subject to the outcome thereof.

In view of the foregoing observation, the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
