% 09.07.2018 Vide order dated 14th September, 2016, this Court had recorded that the parties had arrived at a settlement on 4th July, 2016 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the said Settlement Agreement various payments were to be made by the Respondent, which were not being complied with. On 14th September, 2016, costs of Rs.50,000/- was imposed upon the Respondent. Thereafter, the Court had issued bailable warrants against the director of the Respondent. Since then, the amount as per the settlement has been paid as recorded in order dated 28th November, 2017. Only the cost of Rs.50,000/- was remaining to be paid. Learned counsel for the Respondent has handed over a cheque No.000428 for Rs.50,000/- dated 7th July, 2018 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank to learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Respondent assures and undertakes that the same would be encashed and would not be dishonoured. Accepting this undertaking to the Court, the petition is disposed of.
