Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 21st April, 2016.

Date, if any, fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled. At this stage ld. counsel for plaintiff requests for a shorter date on the ground that this is an injunction matter.
