% 02.03.2016 I.A. No.2939/2016 This application has been jointly moved by the parties under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement. The same has been signed by the parties and their respective counsels and is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. Subash Gupta, the constituted attorney of plaintiff no.1 and the Managing Director of plaintiff no.2. It is also supported by the affidavit of Company Secretary of the defendant company.

The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the said settlement.
