% 26.08.2015 Respondents have stated that consequent to the order of this Court, the impugned posting/attachment order has been cancelled and the petitioner is now attached to the Commandant & IT Directorate (IT Wing) Force Headquarters, BSF. It is stated that this is for the further normal tenure period. Ms Lamba, counsel for the petitioner, says that there is no surviving grievance.

The writ petition along with the pending application is consequently disposed of in the above terms.
