CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 04.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 4th June, 2018 by which his application seeking parole was rejected by the GNCTD on the ground that the petitioner has availed furlough from 26th January, 2018 to 9th February, 2018.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has handed-over the nominal roll as per which the petitioner was released on furlough for two weeks with effect from 9th May, 2018 and thereafter for three weeks with effect from 2nd November, 2018. Thus, the petitioner having availed furlough after the order rejecting parole, sufficient time has been availed by the petitioner for re-establishing social times. Thus, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner on the grounds noted above. W.P.(CRL) 2676/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Mandoli Jail.
