CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR

O R D E R

% 21.08.2015 The petitioner has preferred the present application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.560/2014 (PS Civil Lines) which was instituted under Sections 420, 406 and 34 IPC.

During the course of hearing, the matter was sent to Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre). At Samadhan, the dispute between the petitioner and the complainant was sorted out and it was agreed upon between the parties that the complainant would be given Rs.5 lakhs towards full and final settlement of his all claims.

The entire money, in various instalments, as was agreed upon, has already been paid. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner, which is not being opposed

by the counsel for the complainant, that they would shortly be filing a petition for quashing of the FIR on the ground that no dispute now is left to be adjudicated and there is no grievance of the complainant against the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the above noted aspect of the matter, the petitioner wishes to withdraw this application in order to file a petition for quashing of the FIR.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J AUGUST 21, 2015 ns
