O R D E R

% 15.12.2017 Notice could not be issued to the respondent no.2 as process fee was not filed. However, respondent no.2 has appeared in Court and has been identified by SI Manoj of police station Mundka. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue which led to the incident resulting registration of FIR No. 129/2017 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at police station Mundka, on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI

Manoj of police station Mundka. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he is not interested in pursuing the FIR and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
