% 05.05.2015 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing of SLP in the Supreme Court. Since petitioner has to stay in Delhi for filing SLP he was directed to file his Delhi address vide order dated 22nd December, 2014.

He was again directed to file Delhi address on 19th January, 2015.

However, till date, no such address has been filed. It is submitted that petitioner does not have any local address. So far as family of the petitioner is concerned, they are living in Village Barma, State of Bihar. Even parents of petitioner have no control over him. Be that as it may, since Delhi address has not been furnished, writ petition is dismissed.
