% 03.05.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company undertakes to hand over the now expired bank guarantee to the petitioner. The said undertaking is accepted. Let the same be handed over to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in terms of an amicable settlement of the underlying dispute arrived at with the respondent company, which is stated to have already been acted upon.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
