The learned counsels for the parties submit that the dispute has been resolved, however certain TDS certificates have to be handed over by the respondent to the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, undertakes that the TDS certificates would be handed over to the petitioners by 31.01.2025.

The respondent is bound down to the said undertaking. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2022.
