HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA
O R D E R
% 05.03.2018 In my order dated 05.02.2018, while rejecting the objection of the respondents against appointment of an Arbitrator, I had proposed to appoint Mr.Amar Nath, Retired District & Sessions Judge, Delhi as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The proposed Arbitrator has handed over the disclosure statement in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I find no impediment in confirming his appointment. I accordingly, appoint Mr.Amar Nath, Retired District & Sessions Judge, Delhi, R/o Flat No.B-1, Plot No.7, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi, Mob. No.9958697030 as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
