% 22.02.2016 Learned counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions, seeks return of the plaint on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction in this Court. Accordingly, the plaint is directed to be returned to the plaintiff under Order VII Rule 10 CPC, to be presented before the competent Court having jurisdiction. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the Court Fees.

Interim orders stand vacated.
