CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 12.03.2018 CM APPL. 7292/2018 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed off.

CM APPL. 7293/2018 & CM APPL. 7294/2018 There is, admittedly, a delay of 471 days in re-filing of the Second Appeal. There is also a delay of 98 days in removing the objections raised by the Registry. In effect, the case is delayed by 568 days.

The reasons mentioned in the applications do not make out a case for condonation of this long period of delay only on account of illness or some personal difficulty of the counsel. Each day's delay has to be explained sufficiently.

The reasons mentioned in the

applications do not make out a case for condonation of the entire period. Just and sufficient cause is not made out in the applications. These are without merit. Accordingly, these are dismissed. RSA 33/2018 & CM APPL. 7291/2018 In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed along with CM 7291/2018.
