% 17.12.2018 CRL.M.A. 49873/2018 (by petr. for modification of order dt. 20.09.2018) This application seeks modification of the condition of release of the petitioner on parole on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to one surety. The petitioner has been unable to do so for almost two months and submits that he would be unable to do so in future.

In the circumstance, the petitioner be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The application is allowed and disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
