O R D E R

% 18.01.2018 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 11.10.2017. In terms of the Settlement Agreement the parties have divided the suit property, namely, E-25, East of Kailash, New Delhi, as stated in the Settlement Agreement. In addition, the parties have also entered into an MOU dated 4.1.2018 which is in addition to the Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for plaintiff and defendant No.1 undertake on behalf of their clients that the plaintiff and defendant No.1 shall remain bound by the Settlement Agreement. Defendant No.2 who appears in person also undertakes to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement. The suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement and decreesheet be drawn up accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
