The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.223/2013 registered under Sections 376/384/506/509 IPC; Sections 4/12 of POCSO Act and Section 66A of I.T.Act at PS North Rohini. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2013. It is informed that the statement of the prosecutrix has since been recorded. Prosecutrix is around 17 years. FIR reveals that friendship had developed between the prosecutrix and the petitioner in 2011. Physical relations took place between the two in February, 2013. The prosecutrix went along with the petitioner at Sagarpur at his brother's house.

It is alleged that the petitioner took nude photos and criminally intimidated her. In similar circumstances on 28.04.2013, he established physical relations with her at the residence BAIL APPLN. 2077/2016

of his sister at R.K.Puram.

On 25.05.2013 again they established physical relations. There is delay in lodging the FIR. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
