The parties have amicably settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th October, 2016, which is on record. 2.
This writ petition and the pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th October, 2016. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the record of the Commissioner Employees' Compensation be returned back to enable the parties to appear before the Commissioner for payment of Rs. 60,000/- in terms of para 6 (b)(vii) of the Agreement. 4.
The record of the Commissioner Employees' Compensation be returned back forthwith.
5.
The parties shall appear before the Commissioner Employees' Compensation on 31st March, 2017.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the parties, under the signatures of the Court Master.
