Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, submits that the matter has been amicably settled, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.03.2024, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The authorised representative of the plaintiff, who is present in the Court and the authorised representative of the defendants, who has joined through video-conferencing, confirm that they have voluntarily entered into this Agreement without any fear and coercion. They both undertake to bound by the terms of the Agreement.
