It is submitted by Mr. Ravin Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed this writ petition with a complaint that bogus ration cards were in existence and that such card holders were drawing rations illegally under the Fair Price Scheme of the respondents. He further submits that pursuant to the notice issued by this court, the respondents have filed counter affidavits setting out the extensive steps taken by them to weed out corruption in W.P.(C) 6477/2015
issuance of the Fair Price Scheme Cards.

He submits that in view thereof, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and in case, he is aggrieved by any action of respondents in future, he may be permitted to invoke the jurisdiction of this court accordingly. 3.
In view of above, this writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
