% 21.10.2016 W.P.(C) 9437/2016 and CM No. 37783/2016 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not be able to deposit more than 20 percent of the tax amount. This proposal is not accepted to the respondent. As noted in the earlier order in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case appeal shall now be heard by the Municipal Tax Tribunal in terms of section 169 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act subject to the petitioner depositing 25 percent of the demanded amount which is stated to be 3,85,22,852/- Petitioner is permitted to file his appeal within a period of 10
days and counsel for the respondent will have no objection on the question of limitation.
Petition disposed of.
