O R D E R

% 14.12.2016 The status report has been tendered in court and is taken on record. The petitioner has preferred the present petition seeking parole for a period of three months. The nominal roll shows that the petitioner is convicted under Section 302 IPC in case FIR No. 137/2008 registered at police station Mangolpuri. As on 23.09.2016, the petitioner had undergone 8 years 3 months 25 days in incarceration. His jail conduct is found to be satisfactory. He was lastly released on parole between 23.03.2016 to 24.04.2016 by the government. The status report also shows that the petitioner's address has been verified. His father is found to be residing at the local address in District Jind, Haryana.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month. This is further subject to the condition that;

i) he shall furnish a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. ii) he shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent; iii) he shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) he shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.
