% 25.11.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. Address of the petitioner has been verified by the respondent. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to exhaust all the legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest forum.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

During the parole period petitioner shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi and report to SHO of the police station Karawal

Nagar once in a week on Mondays at 10:00 am. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
