By the present petition, the petitioner seeks a modification of the order dated 22.05.2012 passed by the ADJ.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the present petition was filed as despite specific directions of this court vide order dated 15.06.2012 passed in CM(M) No. 715/2012 titled as SUMAN JAIN & ANR. VS. CHELMSFORD CLUB LTD. & ORS. to dispose of the appeal and the revision filed by the respondent on 04.08.2012 itself and if CM(M) 1034/2016

not on the said date, at least within a period of one month from the said date, the said appeal and the revision continue to linger on. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection, in case the directions for expeditious disposal of the said matters are passed. He only points out that possibly one reason for delay in disposal has been the change of the Presiding Officers over the time. 4.

Keeping in view the earlier order of this court dated 15.06.2012, the concerned court hearing the appeal and revision filed by the respondent is directed to expeditiously dispose of the same within one month. None of the parties would be granted any adjournment in view of the circumstances of this case. The petitioner is at liberty to request for pre-poning the date to enable the court to fix a date for argument.

The petition stands disposed of.
